Printable 5x5 Futoshiki Puzzles (Medium), Pack 3

The everyday size: a 5x5 grid leaves room for real chains of deduction without taking over your afternoon. Good for regular solvers and older students.

Pack 3 of 3 has six Futoshiki puzzles with an answer key on the second page. Each grid has 14 to 16 greater-than and less-than signs.

How to solve

  • Latin square: Each row and column holds every number from 1 to N exactly once.
  • Obey the signs: A sign between two cells says which one is larger. The open side faces the bigger number.
  • Givens: Some puzzles start with a few numbers printed.
  • Chains: A run of signs like a > b > c means the first cell is at least 3.

Free to print and copy for home, classroom and library use. Every puzzle has one answer you can reach by logic alone.
