Delete your account
You can delete your Spark & Spiral account at any time. It's one account for every Spark & Spiral app and logicpuzzles.ca, so deleting it removes it everywhere.
Before you delete
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. The App Store or Google Play keeps billing until you cancel it there, so cancel first in the subscription settings on your phone or tablet.
What gets deleted
- Your account and the email address you sign in with.
- The purchase and subscription records linked to the account, including Spark & Spiral Plus.
- Game progress saved to the cloud with your account.
Your leaderboard profile (display name and scores) is no longer linked to an account. Progress saved on your device stays on that device. Deletion happens straight away and can't be undone. Copies in our database backups are removed as those backups expire.
Delete it in an app
Open the app's Settings, tap Spark & Spiral account, then tap Delete account.
Delete it here
Sign in with the email address on your account. Once you're signed in, the delete button appears here.
Can't sign in?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll delete it for you.
