Printable 6x6 Tent Logic Puzzles (Easy), Pack 3

Six-by-six tent puzzles are a gentle start: a handful of trees, short rows and plenty of zeros that rule whole lines out. Great for first-timers and younger solvers.

Pack 3 of 5 has eight tent puzzles with an answer key on the second page. Each grid has 5 to 8 trees, and so the same number of tents to place.

How to solve

  • One tent per tree: Every tree has exactly one tent beside it, up, down, left or right, and every tent belongs to one tree.
  • Tents never touch: No two tents are next to each other, not even diagonally.
  • Row and column counts: The numbers outside the grid say how many tents are in that row or column.
  • Zeros first: A 0 means the whole line is grass, which often settles the trees next to it.
