Printable 7x7 Galaxies (Medium)

The everyday size: a 7x7 grid leaves room for real chains of deduction without taking over your afternoon. Good for regular solvers and older students.

This first pack has six Galaxies puzzles with an answer key on the second page. Each grid has 20 to 24 galaxy centres.

How to solve

  • One dot per galaxy: Every region contains exactly one dot, which is its centre.
  • Turn it around: Spin a galaxy half a turn around its dot and it covers the same cells.
  • Cover the grid: Every cell belongs to exactly one galaxy.
  • Mirror pairs: If a cell belongs to a galaxy, the cell opposite it through the dot does too.

Free to print and copy for home, classroom and library use. Every puzzle has one answer you can reach by logic alone.
