How to solve
- Edge counts: The numbers outside the grid say how many squares in that row or column are full of water.
- Water is level: Within one tank, water fills from the bottom up and stays level across the whole tank.
- Full or empty rows: Each row of a tank is either completely full or completely empty.
- Work from the bottom: If a square in a tank is full, every square of that tank below it is full too.
